Lee bee International institute of Beekeeping and Agro Enterprises (IBA) was established, in year 2007 by Lee Bee in Foundation For Advancement of Bee Keeping and Agro Enterprises (LABA) as official organ for Beekeeping Education, R &D and Expansion. IBA is an apolitical, autonomous and Not for Profit organization at the cutting edge of science and technology for the promotion and advancement of beekeeping through innovations knowledge and skill development for wide out reach of technology. IBA is the first National Institute in Private Sector in India especially in beekeeping.
LABA is registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 and amended by Punjab Amendment Act 1957). It is established through sponsorship as part of Corporate Social Responsibility by various companies in honey Industries.
IBA established with a mission of integration of scientific, technical and business aspects of beekeeping and other agro-enterprises with socio-economic issues & uplifting of living standards of rural masses with sustainable livelihood & environmental concerns leading to synergetic effects through self-employment & income generation.
